Groupe Alltech is looking to find the person who can make a difference in its business as a technical service coordinator. Alltech Group specializes in the distribution of work tools for the heavy, road and industrial equipment sector. We are an exclusive supplier of several lines of maintenance and safety products that increase equipment productivity and employee safety. The company is located in Vaudreuil-Dorion and it is a full-time, daytime position.

YOUR CHALLENGES
- Structure and standardize the technical department (working methods)
- Ensure a monitoring role on the compliance of installation standards and service calls made by the team of technicians and the network of distributors. (Gemba Walk)
- Upgrade the knowledge of technicians, distributors, and train customers on the use of products (what they are for, how they are made).
- Creation of user/installation guides
- Improved technical documentation to be clear and compliant
- Be their reference for technical documentation.
- Close and open purchase orders and BOM maintenance to track projects and their compliance
IS THIS YOUR PROFILE?
- Do you perhaps have relevant technical training related to these fields (hydraulics, electricity, mechanics)?
- Has your professional background led you to understand electrical or hydraulic diagrams?
- Are you used to using computer tools to set up procedures and plans? (video, powerpoint, solidworks etc.)
- You are fluent in reading and discussing in English
- Are you someone who is recognized for his team spirit, his ability to take charge of his projects and to have customer service at heart?
- You may have spent a few years in the field, in installation, and you wish to have a different role?
- You are known to be a good technical concept popularizer
