JOB OFFER - SALES COORDINATOR
Groupe Alltech is looking to find the person who can make a difference in its business as a sales coordinator. Alltech Group specializes in the distribution of work tools for the heavy, road and industrial equipment sector. We are an exclusive supplier of several lines of maintenance and safety products that increase equipment productivity and employee safety. The company is located in Vaudreuil-Dorion and it is a full-time, daytime position.

YOUR CHALLENGES
- Support the sales department and our network of distributors in their daily operations to facilitate their work.
- Open the files relating to the installations with the required information and send the documents to the production supervisor and/or the technical department.
- Actively participate in order follow-up by assisting sales representatives.
- Maintain and update the CRM.
- Prospecting customers over the phone.
- Establish and develop excellent relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
IS THIS YOUR PROFILE?
- You are comfortable writing, reading and discussing in French and English (an asset)
- Are you someone who is recognized for his team spirit, his ability to take charge of his projects and to have customer service at heart?
- You spent a few years in the field and you want to play a different role?
- Do you know Word, Visio, Excel well and do you like to create manuals (layout, writing) that are easy to consult and complete?
- Do you have rigor and attention to detail?
- You enjoy working in a dynamic team environment and having sales experience.
