Inspection of your greasing system!

The inspection of a lubrication system has 2 parts.

Step 1: Daily summary inspection

First, a summary visual inspection should be made on a daily basis by the operator;

  • Check if there is a thin layer of fresh grease at each lubrication point
  • Make sure all hoses and adapters are in place and not leaking
  • Check the electronic card to make sure there are no alarms
  • Do a test cylce (additional cycle button) on the electronic card to make sure that the pump works well and that the pressure rises on the pressure gauge of the pump

Summary inspection ensures that once the equipment is up and running, everything is functional. No need to turn back for a minor break and lose production time.

Step 2: Full inspection in fall and spring

Afterwardfall and spring are key seasons for full inspections. Fall for snow removal equipment and spring for construction and paving equipment.

Scheduled inspection will allow you to detect and resolve problems before the work. Keeping your equipment in optimal condition can be more productive!
