Not a sealant – a Life Saver for very expensive and short-lived big wheels and tires!
Designed for Mining and Construction vehicles where rims corrode and tires are worn out in months
Free-flowing: nanotechnology lays down a thin layer, cleaning and protecting steel or alloy rims
Liquid prevents air loss, cools and conditions the rubber: on average, achieving 30% longer tire life
UV component brightly shows up bead/o-ring/rim leaks and tire slits, in the workshop for rapid action
Makes tire mounting & demounting easier
25 or 220 litre drums or 1000 litre IBC: just pour into the open tire when mounting
OKO LifeLong is a major step forward in heavy-duty wheel and tire protection. It does more for both than any previous generation of product.
Their shortcomings often include the lack of protection for static rims from the moisture-heavy air inside the tire; the inability to protect alloys; either no anti-freeze to cool the tires or harmful types of product being used; no clear indication of leaks; and the depletion of product that can lead to instructions to top up by 20% after a time.
LifeLong overcomes all of those issues and is the natural choice for operators. It will not clog valves or TPMS, and it is biodegradable. The carboxylate technology of the liquid even succeeds in cleaning away pre-existing rust so rims can look better after use than before! Nitrogen fill can be used after fitting LifeLong, but actually why would you bother with the extra expense when this product generates such a massive improvement in tire life?
OKO LifeLong is primarily designed for use off the highway, and only in tubeless tires. It can also be used on road for heavy trucks and service vehicles, having observed OKO’s recommended dosage quantities.
SPECIFICATIONS
Non Corrosive: Non Flammable: Non Hazardous.
NO ADVERSE AFFECT UPON TIRES and ACTUALLY CLEANS RIMS (contains anti-corrosion agents that protect steel and alloy wheels, even in the vapour phase when stationary).
WORKS WITH INNER TUBES and TUBELESS TIRES. For slower-moving trucks and other vehicles on road that have inner tubes, this product is recommended.
Remoulds: causes no problems, can be washed out.
Vulcanising: First remove OKO with water, then dry tire with “BUFSOL” solution.
Colour: Green, with added UV – shine a UV light on wheel/trye to see and deal with any leaks. Free-flowing. Low Odour.
NB: do not use LifeLong if you are filling your tires with water/anti-freeze. (This practice is not good for vehicles or the land: see our blog)

FEATURES
The black 25 litre drum is used in combination with a durable aluminium-barrelled pump (sold separately), which delivers 200ml per downward stroke for rapid and accurate filling through the valve stem. Our specially-designed pump works against pressure, so you can inject OKO into tires containing up to 45 psi/ 3.1 BAR.
Because OKO is water-soluble, the pump washes clean for repeated use, and if the tire is removed from the rim in the future both the tire and the wheel can be hosed clean. Anti-corrosion agents prevent any damage to either.
Precise calculations depend on the tire size and type but typically OKO can be fitted to all 4 large industrial tires for much less than the cost of replacing one tire, even using a remould.
PRECAUTIONS
No risk and safety labels or warnings are required since this product is not classified as hazardous under current regulations. Normal safety precautions should be taken: wear gloves and protect eyes. Rinse product off any clothes that it may be spilled upon. Keep away from children. If swallowed, see a doctor.
FINANCING
The Alltech Group now offers Leasing for all products offered.
Our objective is to help entrepreneurs and self-employed workers to obtain custom financial services.
What is leasing?
Leasing is a very popular financing method among companies purchasing equipment commonly called assets or capital assets. The equipment is financed by equal monthly instalments for terms of 24 to 66 months, with end-of contract options meeting the need you may have to acquire the equipment at the end of the term. In addition, those installments are recognized as a tax expenditure. Leasing thus offers you several advantages.
